The Canary Islands constitute some of the most beautiful, varied and exotic scenery in Spain. Due to their location, one could say that the Canary Islands are a unique tropical paradise in Europe. The exceptional climate has earned the Islands the title of ‘The Fortunate Islands’ as climate is temperate through-out the year.
Of the seven Islands in the archipelago, TENERIFE is the one which offers the greatest variety of contrast.
The variations in altitude provide a varied scenery and wonderful sensation of being able to swim in the warm ocean while contemplating, in the distance the snow capped mountain-top of the TEIDE volcano, the highest mountain in Spain and World Heritage by The Unesco.
Snow and lava, sun and sand, the contrasts of Tenerife.
Sheer cliffs and sandy beaches, little villages that remind one of the past and modern installations ready to receive the visitors from abroad. Contrasts and more contrasts in the Island of eternal spring: TENERIFE.

MAGMA ART & CONGRESS CENTRE
Inspired by the local volcanic landscape and the hot Tenerife weather, and situated on the island’s tourist, busy southern coast, in Playa de Las Américas, the Magma Art and Congress Centre proves to be a true representation of its name, a constellation of powerful, yet fluid and sculptural volumes.
The large structure features local volcanic stone; however it is almost entirely made out of concrete. The irregular forms’ composition was in fact generated from thirteen initial geometrical blocks, which developed into the final form. There couldn’t be a better host for this STARMUS FESTIVAL, than the Magma Centre.
All hotels are located at maximum 10 minutes driving from Magma.
